For people insurance is not serving
Most patients here use insurance and should. Membership exists for the two cases where it does not help: you have no coverage, or your deductible is high enough that you are paying cash for everything anyway.
Read this first
Membership is not insurance. It does not cover hospital care, and it is not a substitute for a plan. If you have good coverage, use it -- we will tell you so.
What it includes
Unlimited office visits
No per-visit charge, in person or by telehealth.
Same-clinician continuity
You see the same person each time, not whoever is free.
Annual physical and screening review
Including the screening you are due for by age and history.
Direct messaging
Non-urgent questions answered without booking a visit.
Lab draws at cost
You pay what the lab charges us. We do not mark it up.
Prescription management
Refills, prior authorisations and pharmacy changes handled.
What it does not
Labs and imaging themselves. You pay the lab or the imaging centre directly, at their price.
Medication. Filled at whatever pharmacy you choose, at your own cost.
Procedures and anything specialist. Quoted in writing before it is done.
Emergency and hospital care. Membership is not insurance and does not stand in for it.
